Single-incident Support:

For $75 USD you may talk to a CADlink technician to resolve a single technical support problem.

Dongle (security device) number
CADlink product being used (e.g., SignLab, ProfileLab etc.)
Version of the CADlink product
Operating system (2000, XP)
Name of contact person
Email address
Phone number, including area code
A brief description of the problem including any error messages which occur, and what function was being performed, when that error message occurred

Additional information that may be useful to include:
