I had signlab 5.0, it came with a user guide that had 11 chapters w/ around 3000 + pages. You could use it instead of having to call signlab.
The 7.1 version that I purchased came w/ a user guide that had 1 chapter w/ 151 pages?
How are we suppose to get the most out of the newest signlab, If we have to sit on the phone waiting for answers?

with the release of Signlab 7.0 our manual has gone electronic. The most common questions remain covered in the smaller manual but the rest of the bulk (let be honest, Signlab is a HUGE program) has been moved into context sensistive help throughout the application.

IF you would like to browse through it you can still do so on-screen and in fact you can perform easy word searches to find things faster than your could with a paper manual. to start up the manual start Signlab, click on Help>index

We have found no significant increase in tech calls since making this change, in fact, since we've made help more readily available "inside" the software signlab 7 has been the smoothest release we've had.

Just this last week we've also released a new addition to our website which will continue to grow. have a look at infosource for tons of training ressources. http://www.cadlink.com/infoSource/
