I am using a Roland EGX-350 engraver and trying to drill out braille holes for insertion of rasters. I am using the brpunchca font, but when outputting my machine starts to spin, then stops and I get a "Command Not Recognized" error.
Selected Driver: EGX-350 Raster Braille
Tool (in tool options): Raster Braille
Braille Depth: -0.04291 in
Can anyone help? |

Turns out the 350 doesnt have a Raster Braille option like the 400 or 600.
go to
In Internet explorer go to ftp.cadlink.com by typeing it in.
Dont click on the link as it will go nowhere. You need to type it in manually to make sure there is NO HTTP:// in front.
Then go to pub/cadlink/plotterdrivers/sl8a
In that folder is a file called egx-350r.ini
download that file and copy/paste it to your Engravlab folder and overwrite your existing driver. |
