|
|
| I have signlab e6.1 currently installed on a computer with windows 2000 sp2 but it is starting to have problems. I was wondering if it is possible to install it on a computer with windows xp sp3. I put the disk in but nothing happens and when I open up the file and click setup again nothing happens. I think this might be an upgrade disk so tried using my signlab 5 disk first and it does not work either. Any suggestions??? |

Signlab 5 to Signlab 9 will all work on Windows XP just fine.
Two of my 4 computers still run on XP.
maybe go to
ftp.cadlink.com ( dont click on this link, you need to manually type it in)
Once there, go to pub/Signlab/e61
Download SL61Build17.zip
Unzip it somewhere and run Setup
Its the latest ziped up version of the Signlab 61 CD
Remember you will need to type in your password from your password sheet or you can get it from your Current E61 under File/Install Modules |

Okay I unzipped it to my desktop and have now clicked the setup(computer and open box) file and the sandtimer goes around and around a few times and then stops and nothing starts installing. |
