tiling then printing and then cutting portion fails

I use a Roland XC 540.

After I tile a job and it prints with my registration marks successfully, I replace in printer to cut but it only acknowledges my horizontal or vertical cut. No shape cutting or cutting in the print area will happen?

I have checked all settings but nothing stands out to me that it is innacurate.

While in SignLab and you select 'Contour Cut' are you sure you selected to cut 'inside/outside' at the top left hand side of the smart bar?
