error on install

Installing Signlab 9, CD 1 could not continue. Error - sfgb3d1.rra

asked our install guy, and he cant find the error in our Install shield info.
Googled it and coulnt find the error either.

Is there a scratch on the CD?
Did it die part way into the install or immediatly?
Do other CDs work?
