Is it connected via serial or usb?
If USB, what is your Port Location in Singlab in Plotter Setup?
It should be something like Rolandusb001+ |

is your problem that it wont cut?
If possible, make sure the parallel port is set for Standard mode or SPP
Make sure its not set for ECP or EPP ( 2 high speed modes)
I have a GX24 but its serial and usb only.
Can you hook it up via serial port.
Maybe buy a USB to serial adapter if your computer has no serial ports |
