Just bought the above package and having difficulty getting the machine to recognise the table. Seems to work OK when I use the vice and its driver but can't get it to send the cutter head to the correct place ie top right to start a job when I use the table. Any help appreciated.

There should be 2 IS400 drivers under File/Install drivers/Gravograph.
There should be an Upper Left driver and a center clamp driver.
Install both and use the appropriate one depending on center or Upper Left.

Don't know what you mean by upper Right?

Let me know if you don't see both drivers.

Thanks for the reply frankd, appreciated.

I meant upper left, not upper right. I had a small test laminate clamped in that area.

I don't have the File/Install Drivers option. I only have File/Install Modules. I do have the install disc but the software was already installed when I received the machine.

However, when I go to Engrave/Engraving Defaults the Output box displays selected driver.
I have 3 choices here
1. IS400V - the vice option which works fine.
2. HPGL Standard.
3. IS400 TableClamp - which is what I have selected for the table. When I send a job to the machine I get a 'Value Too Large' error on the hand controller.

I have tried a variety of Origin settings in the Output/Setup window but either the cutter goes to the centre (as if using the vice) or goes to lower right quadrant and cuts a mirror image?

Hope you can understand this and thanks in advance.
