In Signlab.
Do not add registration marks in Signlab! They are added in VPM5 instead.
Make your Sign.
Make objects that you want cut, contour cut objects by selecting them, and then click on Cut/Contour cut.

In VPM5, install your cutter.
Go to Queue/Properties/Cutter/Registration Marks.
Change the regmark system from Disabled, to the one mathching the cutter settings

Cutting with Registration Marks
Ensure that the cutter and VPM are set for the same mark types, number of marks (4 pts recommended), size (0.50 default).
When sending to cut from VPM, you will be prompted to move the knife inside the registration mark.
Using the cutter arrows move the knife to the center of the first registration mark (it is the closest to you on the right)
Press the Origin button to set the new 0,0 point.
Send to Cut from VPM

All Reg Marks settings in VPM are here:
Queue menu > Properties > Cutter > Registration Marks

When cutting long jobs, you should use the Segmented registrations marks.
