I have Signlab 9.1 rev1. I have started having problems importing image files such as jpg, bmp, pdf, etc. When I go through the import process I end up with nothing showing on screen. This is now happening most of the time. Would appreciate any advice.

more info. I am able to import pdf files. But jpg and bmp are not importing. I have been able to open a bmp in gimp and export as a pdf and then I am able to import that pdf into signlab. I am assuming that maybe there is a setting somewhere that got changed that is interfering with the import function but I haven't found one yet.

further problem- I took my bmp image into gimp, exported as a pdf, imported the pdf into signlab. But, when I try to convert the pdf in signlab to a bitmap so I can trace it, I get a temp file error message. See the screenshot I have attached.

Any ideas?

I am not sure exactly what is happening here, but from the error messages I would begin with a disc clean up from Programs > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup.
Or search for cleanmgr.exe and run that.
The second error message i think is because the path to the file is too long (too many characters, the filename alone has 38 characters!)
