I recently updated to Windows 10. The first cut job I tried to do since updating and I get the message "cannot find USB plotter Roland GX-24_usb004+"
I tried updating the driver with no luck. When I turn on the cutter the computer beeps so I know that its connected to the computer. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Go to Cut > Plotting defaults > Setup > Port.
Look at the list of ports.
There should be a port named Roland GX-24_usb00?+
It may be that the number has changed from 004 to something else.
If there is no port like this then you need to download and install the Roland USB drivers for your plotter from the Roland DG website. If this is the case if you look in device manager you will see a device that has issues that need resolving. Installing the driver from Roland should be enough.
