I let my file size get above 2 Gig, occasionally this happens and I don't notice it to break it apart. Signlab can preview the file but wont open it. Is there anything I can do to save the file to break it apart. A file size meter would be a great feature. This happens once in a while when I'm designing a wrap and I'm in the zone and not not thinking about size.

The file size on disk does not really matter to SignLab. Although it is possible (and likely in your case) that the file contains images which are larger than 2 gb of memory.

The problem is that the application is 32 bit, and has a maximum amount of memory available of 2 gb. This can be expanded to 3 gb, but that depends on your OS.

What is your os?

Thanks for the response Hubert. I am running Windows 7 64 bit with 16 Gig of ram. When will Signlab be ready for 64 bit?

This is the response from marketing..

"The next release of SignLab, expected in the first half of 2016, will include full 64 and 32 bit OS support."

Thanks, I had to re-create the file. It wasn't too bad maybe 12 pieces all of whom had the same base and cut properties.
