Normally the toolbars will re-dock if you click the tool they are normally attached to. That said i have seen cases where they do not.
The only thing I can give you to try is to reset all toolbars to the default settings, so you would lose any custom toolbars you may have created.
To do this Close Signlab, then go to Start > Run > type REGEDIT and press ok.
Browse to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > SOFTWARE > CADLINK >
You signlab install will show as a date (Date of install),
When you click the date, the option on the right side INSTALLDIR should have a path of C:\CADlink\Signlab 9.1 (or similar).
Against the date in the left column is an arrow > click this and it will show folders below.
Find and select "ToolBarInfo", press delete on the keyboard.Then you will have to confirm you wish to delete.
File > Exit from Registry editor.
restart Signlab, all tool bars should be reset to default settings.
