I have a Roland VS-540 and I would like to be able to put 2 cut lines around my graphics. One at 1/4" outside the graphics and one at 1/2" outside the graphics. The reason for this is I am doing a window perf job and I would like to cut the graphics with no lamination at 1/4" outside the graphics. Then laminate it and cut 1/2" outside the graphics with more force than the first 1/4" outside cut. I find without this window perf has a very short life. Does anybody know how to do this? I also have a Graphtec ce6000-120 if that can help at all.

Not tried this out, but it should work I think.
Setup the job with the first cut as a "Contour Cut"
Make the second cut a HALFcut

When you send to VPM the job will have two cutting paths, by setting the values of the Halfcut setup to just cut through the laminate and vinyl instead of cutting through the backing as well, it should work if you right click the job and choose cut by colour.
