Every time i try to print when it gets too 100% active it says holding error and does not print

The problem is here:
[Output]: [USB Port]: The Port is unavailable or the device is not connected.

Check the connection and possibly the cable to the machine.

Another possibility is that the port number to the machine has changed (USB001 to USB002). So you could also check the port you are sending the data to incase it is now different. Look in Queue > Manage Queues.

PORT IS MUTOHRJ-900C_USB002+ WOULD THIS BE CORRECT AS SEVERAL OPTIONS COME UP
PRINTER IS MUTUH VJ-1614

THERE IS AN BUTTON WHICH SAYS INSTALL UNDER CONTROL PANEL. SHOULD I INSTALL?

Click the arrow at the end of the portname currently selected and choose the MUTOHRJ-900C_USB00?+ port that shows lower down, if the port shows in the drop down list it is the correct port, the one showing at the top is not necessarily correct any longer.

If no MutohRJ-900C_Usb00?+ port shows in the drop down list, then the PC does not recognise that the printer is attached.

Ticking the control Panel option will just add this printer to the selection of printers available to you in windows, it will not help here.
