Hello, I have a problem where I am using SignLab 10 to send projects to our new HP Latex 356 printer. However every time a job has finished printing the printer does an automatic sheet cut which is to close to our crop marks which prevents our plotter from cutting the job. This is a new issue that has not occurred on our previous Versa works and older version of signlab.

Can anybody please direct me to where I can stop SignLab 10 from automatically sheet cutting after every job?

** As far as I am aware there is no manual option on the printer its self to cause this

Thanks for the time

Dan

If you select the queue and then go to Queue > Properties > Printmode Overrides > Printer Options, you will see that there is an option for Cutter and that by default is is ON, check the box at the top to allow making changes and set the cutter to OFF. Click OK to save changes.
