I am getting an error message "possible error with license file-1" I have the dongle inserted and have reinserted after each time this message appears. I have signlab 9.1 I am able to enter text on the page but cannot proceed because of this message. I installed the software okay and have reinserted the dongle with each message but am still getting this message.not able to create job signlab9.1. The messagePleeeeeese help. Thank you

It is likely that the licence files used for the new install are incorrect, or you need a newer driver version for the dongle.
E-mail me with the dongle number and also the S/N number shown when you go to Help > About Signlab.
Does the dongle use a USB or parallel parallel port for connection?
