Trying to install SignLab Print and cut update once downloaded keep getting error message

Cannot delete target file:
C:\CADLink\SignLab 10.0\Basedir.dll

Have a look in the Signlab 10.0 folder for that file, can you delete it manually prior to running the update?

I can not delete the file, I get file in use error even when SignLab is not running

You could look in Task manager and see if any cadlink processes or apps are still running and close them, or shut down the PC and the startup again (dont use restart), then try the update without running any other software first.

I have rebooted PC and deleted the file, I ran the update again successfully but when I try to run SignLab I get the message that the file is missing, can you send me a copy of the file to save having to reinstall the program again?
