CADlink Technicians are ready to help you solve your technical problems. Note that most calls are done on a call back basis. Therefore, please leave a voice message, including all required information (see below), and a technician will return your call promptly.

Hours of Operation:
Technical Support staff are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM (EST).

Single-incident Support:
For $75 USD you may talk to a CADlink technician to resolve a single technical support problem.

On-going Support:

For $299.00 USD you may subscribe to continuous support. Annual Tech Assist coverage provides the best value with unlimited access to technical support over a 12-month period.

  • Dongle (security device) number
  • CADlink product being used (e.g., SignLab, ProfileLab etc.)
  • Version of the CADlink product
  • Operating system (Windows 10, 8, 7)
  • Name of contact person
  • Email address
  • Phone number, including area code
  • A brief description of the problem including any error messages which occur, and what function was being performed, when that error message occurred
