Technical Support staff are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM (EST).
Single-incident Support:
For $75 USD you may talk to a Fiery LLC (CADlink) technician to resolve a single technical support problem.
On-going Support:
For $395.00 USD you may subscribe to continuous support. Annual Tech Assist coverage provides the best value with unlimited access to technical support over a 12-month period.
